Friendly efficient staff and the location was comfortable and strategic. Truly enjoyed our twin room with a view of table mountain, the balcony, for example. The service was very good with parking outside.

Its location was really good...
Well the quality of the rooms were ok, I expected the room to be bigger according to the pictures but it was really small !! So I think I have paid for more than the room deserved... The room were also cold and you could see the wind blowing the curtains although the doors where closed! The food we've ordered to the room was cold also. The cleaning wasn't that good! One of the cleaners did an excellent job when the one that normally does it was away... but unfortunately that was only once!!

Excellent location within walking distance to V&A Waterfront. Also, there is a free shuttle to/from the Clock Tower every 15 minutes. We stayed in a 2 room family suite, which was very large and comfortable. The kids had plenty of room to run around.
The pigeon pooh all over the windows (our room was on the corner where the birds like to sleep)...not exactly the hotel's fault but gross to see when looking out the window.
